Effective 1st October 2025, SKF India demerged its Industrial business into SKF India (Industrial) Limited. SKF India Limited now houses an Automotive business, while demerged entity caters to industrial sectors including railways, wind, cement, mining and heavy engineering. Shareholders received 1 share of SKF India (Industrial) Limited for every 1 share held in
SKF India Limited. Both entities operate with separate management, boards and capital allocation, while continuing to use SKF
Group technology and engineering
platforms.
