This screener is designed to identify high-quality, financially sound Indian companies where promoters (the owners/founders) are showing strong conviction by actively increasing their own shareholding. It filters the market for a very specific and powerful combination: Promoter Conviction: Finds companies where promoters have increased their stake over the last 3 years and in the recent quarter. Management Integrity: Filters out companies with zero pledged shares, removing a key financial risk. Financial Health: Includes only companies with strong balance sheets and low debt (Debt\ to\ Equity < 0.5). Business Quality: Restricts the list to highly profitable businesses with ROE > 15\% and ROCE > 15\%.
