Authorized & Issued Capital
In FY25, the company increased its authorised share capital from ₹3.30 Cr (33,00,000 shares) to ₹5.50 Cr (55,00,000 shares) and its paid-up capital from ₹3.01 Cr (30,10,100 shares) to ₹5.01 Cr (50,10,100 shares) through a private placement on March 31, 2025.[1][2]
In Nov'25 The Board has also approved a proposal to further increase the authorised share capital of the Company from Rs. 5.50 Crs., comprising 55,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, to Rs. 10 Crs. , comprising 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, which was approved in EGM.[3][4]
