Delisting[1]
The Company filed an appeal before the Hon’ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (“SAT”), Mumbai, against the delisting order dated 05 January 2024 passed by the BSE Delisting Committee. Vide its order dated 25 February 2025, the Hon’ble SAT directed restoration of the Company’s listing on BSE Limited and ordered immediate defreezing of the promoters’ demat accounts, enabling normal trading and transfer of shares.
