It is a legacy manufacture of LED televisions and air conditioners has remained suspended since FY16, and it reported no operating revenue in FY26 or Q1 FY27.
Smart Services Private Limited acquired Sharp Corporation’s 75% stake on June 2, 2026, for ₹19.45 crore and replaced the board. The new promoter proposes to rename the company Smaart Tech Services Limited and diversify
into infrastructure, logistics, IT and data
centres, healthcare, trading, facility
management and manpower services.
