TIL was launched by the Priyadarshini group, in association with Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation and Technocrats. The main goal was manufacturing sewing, embroidery, and industrial threads. It then established a Strategic Alliance Partnership with MIC Electronics Limited through an MOU, focusing on the business of LED Lighting & LED Range of Products and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with U.P. Industrial Consultants Limited (UPICO). Currently, company offers security for its clients’ IT infrastructure and business data. It is also foraying into Data Centers in India.
