Business Model & Portfolio:[1][2]
Citius TransNet is a roads focused Infra
structure Investment Trust comprising
10 mature operating highway assets
which includes 7 toll roads and 3 annuity
roads spread across nine states, aggregating 3,406.71 lane-km. 9 assets are held through HoldCos, while Thrissur Expressway is held directly.
Toll assets earn traffic-linked revenue, whereas the annuity portfolio receives predetermined payments from NHAI/MoRTH and carries no direct traffic risk. The portfolio is deliberately weighted towards operational assets rather
than greenfield construction. The seven toll
roads have an average operating history of approximately 10.4 years, reducing construction and initial traffic-ramp-up risk
