Legacy Hypersoft was a small India-focused software-products and services company. Its historical portfolio included HyperStock /commodities-broker back-office, broker legal-case and portfolio software, HRMS /payroll, newspaper publishing, housing-society accounting, manufacturing ERP, fixed-
asset tracking, budgeting, digital KYC
and restaurant-management applications.
In FY26, acquisitions shifted the group
towards international enterprise IT.
Current marketed capabilities include application development and system integration, SAP/ERP consulting, remote application management, UX/enterprise mobility, IT and business consulting, AI /data and GenAI, cloud/infrastructure, cybersecurity, data centres, digital assurance, engineering and experience, enterprise platforms, low-code development and business-process services.
