Company was in the business of Non Deposit Taking Non-Banking financial activities but company passed a resolution to surrender its NBFC License and made an application in this regard to the Kolkata office of Reserve Bank of India (RBI). At present, company is making efforts to revive the business and has considered the proposals for diversification into the areas which would be profitable for the company. Apart from this, company has recently entered in to the business of trading in chemicals
