Banking in all its aspects, including but not
not limited to:
a) Acting as Managers of issues and
offers, whether by way of a public offer
or otherwise of Shares, Stocks, Debentures, Bonds, Units, Participation certificates, Deposits, Certificates, Notes, Bills, Warrants, Securities, etc.
b) Operating as agents or dealers in Securities as part of Merchant Banking activities, and acting as a share and stockbroker
c) Providing services as Financial consultants, Joint managers, Lead managers, Co-managers, Advisors, Counsellors in investment and capital markets
d) Engaging in Underwriting and sub-underwriting, Stand-by or procurement arrangements, Issuing guarantees or other commitments for subscribing or procuring subscription for Securities
e) Subscribing, investing, acquiring,
purchasing, holding, selling, or other
wise dealing in Securities for self,
and on behalf of others
f) Carrying on the business of portfolio management.
