Business Overview:[1]
B.P. Capital Limited was registered as NBFC with RBI but surrendered its NBFC certificate, pursuant to merger with Diamond Footcare Udyog Private Ltd. Management of DFUPL acquired management control of BPCL by giving an open offer and also decided to surrender NBFC License of BPCL to start footwear business. Later on, DFUPL filed an application with NCLT, Chandigarh Bench for withdrawal of Scheme of Merger and same was allowed on August 28, 2019 and Merger Petition was dismissed as withdrawn. BPCL
is now planning to start the NBFC operational activities again by registering itself with RBI
