Corporate identity and a fresh strategic reboot[1][2][3]
The company was incorporated in May 1994 and listed on BSE in April 1995. It was renamed:
a) TRC Financial Services in November 1994
b) Avasara Finance in January 2022
c) BYLD Capital Finance in May 2026
Jupiter Capital acquired control through a takeover in FY18. The present strategy should therefore be analysed as a fresh promoter-led reboot rather than a continuation of an established lending franchise.
Valid NBFC licence, but limited current lending activity[2][4][5]
The company holds RBI Certificate of Registration B-13.02148. It is classified as a non-deposit-taking Base Layer NBFC and obtained RBI approval for its latest name change.
An official NBFC license does not reflect operational scale; reported loans were zero in March and June 2026, with no disclosures on disbursements, borrowers, or portfolio quality.
