Operational Status:[1][2]
Company was in the business of Mushroom production and operated a 100% Export Oriented Unit from its manufacturing plant in Pune. But due to change in international horticulture scenario, the mushroom plant of company is non-operational since several years. In FY20, the manufacturing plant has been monetized by company after getting applicable legal consents and approvals. At present, management of company is looking forward for new opportunities to utilize the funds of company. Company has temporarily invested its funds in short term treasury operations.
