Telecommunications Consultants India Ltd TCIL, a Government of India enterprise—holds 49% and management control. TIDCO holds 14.63%; the two government enterprises together constitute the 63.63% promoter holding.
Fujikura Ltd of Japan continues to hold 7.18% as the foreign technical collaborator and equity partner, although it is no longer classified within promoter holding. Technical know-how and royalty dues payable to Fujikura were approximately ₹2.20 crore at June 2026.[1][2]
