Objects of company, as mentioned in in its Memorandum of Association, are of a Non-Banking Financial Company. But company's operations are dormant for the past many years. There are no other employees except KMPs such as Whole Time Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary who are on the company rolls. Company applied for registration as a NBFC but Certificate for the same was never issued by Reserve Bank of India. At present, operations of company are restricted to realization of debtors and advances and interest income on investments.
