Indirect Acquisition[1]
In March 24, Vimla Nextera JVC Coke Ltd (formerly Vimla Metcoke Ltd; the then promoter entity) allotted 25,00,000 equity shares (50% of its post-issue capital) to Nextera Global Private Limited (Acquirer 2). Nextera is owned/promoted by Mr. Vatsal Agarwaal (Acquirer 1, the key individual) and his sister Ms. Manavika Agarwal (Person Acting in Concert, PAC). This created an indirect control over Rishab Special Yarns Ltd.
