Price is above DMA50 & DMA200 with a “golden cross” (DMA50 > DMA200), trading within 30% of the 52-week high and >50% above the 52-week low. Momentum is healthy but not overheated (RSI 50–70), with positive 1M and 3M returns and rising participation (volume > 1.2× 1-month average; liquidity floor applied). Quality filters require ROE & ROCE > 15, OPM > 12, low leverage (D/E < 1), adequate interest cover (> 2), and sound liquidity (Current Ratio > 1.2). Growth bias via Sales & Profit growth > 10% (3-year). Ownership sanity: Promoter holding between 25–75; Piotroski > 5. Size & price floors (MCap > ₹500 cr; Price > ₹10) keep out illiquid microcaps.
