Its services cover engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning (EPIC) of central air-conditioning systems, chiller plants, industrial compressors, cooling equipment and related utilities. The company also provides operation and maintenance (O&M) services for equipment installed by both itself and third-party service providers.
The company serves commercial establishments, industrial facilities, offshore oil and gas installations and data centres. Its business model combines project-based revenue from new installations with recurring income from maintenance contracts. It is also executing a specialised subsea discharge pipeline project for an effluent treatment plant at an oil import terminal operated by Numaligarh Refinery Ltd. in Paradip, Odisha.
