Operational Status - FY26:[2]
a) Construction Segment:
The company did not undertake any construction activity or sale of property in FY26 and, accordingly, no revenue was generated from construction operations during the year. The company generated rental income from the company’s investment properties, registering a growth of ~5.79%. Apart from this, CIFHL continues to maintain its commercial properties.
