History[1] Co. started as a clinic in 1976 in Ratlam and converted to a nursing home in 1991 called Shah Maternity and Nursing Home. After that, Dr. Kirti Kumar Shah expanded the services by setting up a hospital named Shah Hospital. In December 2022, KK Shah Hospitals acquired M/s Shah Hospital (formerly known as Shah Maternity and Nursing Home), vide Business Transfer Agreement.
