Business Overview:[1]
Company used to manufacture Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) but discontinued its production in FY18. Company then entered new ventures viz. Mega Food Park, Integrated Logistic Park and Warehousing facilities. Company and its co-investor received approval from Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India to set up a processing plant for Mega Food Park. But due to delay on part of State Government Authorities and Mathura Vrindavan Development Authority (MVDA) in granting requisite permission for Mega Food Park. Ministry of Food Processing withdrew its permission for setting up of Mega Food Park on company's land
