Overview[1]
ITHL provides air ticketing, car rentals, domestic and international holiday packages, visa assistance, MICE management and foreign exchange services. As an IATA member, it offers tickets for 370 member airlines through the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) system. As of June 30, 2026, the ITC Group held a 61.69% stake in ITHL through ITCHL (48.96%) and Russell Investments Limited (12.73%), with the remaining shares held by the public.
