This unit was permanently closed down on 8th September, 2007 after getting permission from Government of Uttar Pradesh under provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. At present, company is exploring to develop a new real estate project in Modinagar as this would help liquidating its huge liabilities and utilize surplus amount for taking up new business activity.
